Please note Original shipping and return shipping are not reimbursed.
Please read item descriptions and understand that the nature of handmade items like ceramics may have slight differences than what is pictured. We do our best to inspect each product before shipping, but if you have any questions about a product, please send an email and we will do our best to supply the information you are inquiring about.
Orders will be processed within 2 business days upon receipt of order. You will receive a Canada Post tracking number with your order confirmation email.
If you are in the Vancouver area, and would like to pick up your order (free of charge), please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a pickup time.
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
