My name is Carly Steiman, a licensed electrician and storyteller committed to showing the world that trades careers are creative, meaningful, and accessible to everyone. I've created a modern twist on the classic pin-up calendar by featuring strong, capable, and confident tradeswomen in elegant black and white portraits paired with inspirational quotes. The 2026 Tradeswomen Calendar directly supports the Tradeswomen Exhibit, a community-driven project highlighting representation and empowering the next generation to see themselves in the trades.
