Our Pop-Up Markets act as a space for all of us to come together and celebrate the emerging talent that British Columbia has to offer. We'll take care of the event organization, marketing and event promotion and you just show up with your beautiful goodies for the community to love and adore!

Space is limited per category so apply early to secure your spot. 

As always, even though we have been running our local markets since 2018, we are keeping vendor fees as low as we possibly can (no major increases in all locations).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • We accept applications on a rolling basis.

  • Once we have reviewed your application, and if you are accepted, you will recieve an acceptance e-mail from us with next steps and payment instructions. Due to the high number of applications we receive, we only respond to those who are accepted.

  • You will receive all market details and information, including the floor plan, 2 to 3 days prior to the market. Floor plans are subject to change without notice.

  • We cannot accommodate all special requests for the floor plan. Requests are heard, but we cannot guarantee that they will be accommodated.

  • Corners and 8x4 booth options are limited and are given on a first come first served basis. After that we will offer 6x4 booth spaces to all accepted vendors. 6x4 booth spaces fits ONLY a 6x3 table and will not fit any extra tables / stands / shelves.

    For the Heritage Hall we also have th additional option of 4x4 booth space. This space only fits a 3x3 table and chair. We have limited booths this size available per market.

  • Payment is due by the deadline listed on your acceptance e-mail. After this date, if payment is not received we will move down our waitlist. We do not request or accept deposits. We only request and accept the full fee for the market.

  • PLEASE mark our e-mail address as SAFE in your e-mail so that our acceptance email doesn’t end up in your JUNK/SPAM folder.
